Parking Reservation System
PARKING RESERVATION SYSTEM: GUIDANCE TO YOUR ASSIGNED SPACE
The Parksol parking reservation system connects reserved spaces with personalised guidance. Drivers follow their vehicle registration number from the garage entrance to their assigned space.
Directional displays show registration numbers and arrows. Meanwhile, individual space displays identify the reserved location. If another vehicle occupies the space, the display highlights the reserved number in red.
HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS
Each reservation links a parking space to a specific vehicle registration number. This identifies the vehicle assigned to that space.
Inside the garage, displays show the vehicle’s registration number alongside directional arrows. Drivers then follow these signs towards their assigned space.
On arrival, drivers see their registration number on a dedicated space display. They can therefore confirm the correct location before parking.
If another vehicle occupies the space, the display highlights the reserved registration number in red. This makes the mismatch visible to drivers and staff.
KEY BENEFITS
Personalised directions help drivers locate their assigned space. Even first-time visitors can follow a clear visual reference through the garage.
Drivers receive directions to a specific destination. As a result, they can spend less time searching aisles and parking rows.
An empty space may appear available. However, the displayed registration number shows that it is reserved for a specific vehicle.
The red indication highlights an incorrectly occupied space. Staff can then recognise the conflict and take appropriate action.
Clear directions help visitors navigate independently. In addition, visible space assignments can reduce questions and simplify daily parking management.
